A great many people will go to extreme lengths to lose weight, but after ingesting tape worms which has to be the worst, the K-E Diet has to be a close runner up.

I can’t imagine using some of these more extreme fad diets, can you?
Do you think that people that eat tape worms and put tubes up their nose for days are normal?
I don’t, but maybe that’s just me.

I just watched this video and thought about my father who ate fried food almost every day of his life.
He sliced butter onto his toast and didn’t just spread a smidgen of it!
He lived to be 94
He travelled the world until the end, lived a full life, and died in his sleep.
For twenty years we were told to eat margarine and not butter, but now we’re told to eat butter and not margarine.
We were told for years to beware of eggs because of the cholesterol, but researchers now say that the egg whites contain a substance that counteracts the harmful effects of the egg yolk on your cholesterol level, to a big extent anyway.
