I’ve read so much about “fats” over the years and am now perhaps more confused about them than I ever was!

I was told to eat margarine and not butter and I followed the advice for around 20 years but am now told it was all a mistake and that I should have kept eating butter.

Low fat diets and foods have been popping up everywhere in recent years but I’ve read that the brain, which is a pretty important organ, needs them and people’s waist-lines in the US just seem to be getting bigger.

So maybe some of you can give me the skinny on fats.
