Do You Like Daylight Savings Time?

Do you like DST?

I personally wake up with the birds, so I like it 😉

But many doctors say that the change in time can have a much larger influence on a person’s life than most people think.
So how does it affect you?

And for how long?

Please let me know.

Thanks 🙂

Ugg! I wish they would just leave it alone one way or the other.

I think they should just leave it an hour behind, it gets dark way to soon, and I hate that it’s like 9 when it seems like 8.

I like it better in the spring and summer so it stays daylight longer.

Seems like you get more done during the day and you spend more time outside doing fun things. 🙂

People have more restless nights, night owls have a problem adjusting and spike’s in heart attacks have been recorded during the first week of daylight saving time.
