Osama bin Laden is dead!

The news first came from sources in Afghanistan and Pakistan almost six months ago: the fugitive died in December [2001] and was buried in the mountains of southeast Afghanistan.

Pakistan’s president, Pervez Musharraf, echoed the information.

The website What Really Happened, got hit by a massive denial of service attack just moments before Obama announced that Bin Laden had been killed, and the attacks are continuing.

What does the website have on it?

"THIS PAGE, WHICH DOCUMENTS THAT OSAMA BIN LADEN ACTUALLY DIED IN DECEMBER OF 2001, APPEARS TO BE WHAT THE WHITE HOUSE DIDN’T WANT AVAILABLE WHILE THE NEW PROPAGANDA WAS "CATAPULTED FORWARD". IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS IS THE OPENING GAMBIT IN A PLAN TO STAGE A "REVENGE" ATTACK FROM "AL QAEDA" ON THE UNITED STATES, WITH WHICH TO JUSTIFY TOTAL WAR ON THE MIDDLE EAST".

And there are photos, some of which are a little gruesome.

“He’s barely moving the left side of his body. So he’s clearly got diabetes. He has low blood pressure. He’s got a wound in his foot. He’s apparently got dialysis for kidney problems”.

Who said that?

CNN !!

They used to say:

When you hear a threat which is “probably” made by bin Laden, just remember that he’s “probably” dead.

Also think about who benefits from your believing he’s alive.

ABC just released a video of a house with blood covered floors and beds.

Obama crashed in the polls and he may get a bounce because of this scam but the economy will be his downfall!

While U.S. intelligence officials worked furiously to track Usama bin Laden, the world’s most-wanted terrorist was living in a sprawling, $1 million complex surrounded by a privacy wall and security gates.

He was living a short walk from a top military training center in a town about 35 miles from Pakistan’s capital.

The neighborhood where he spent his time was affluent, and filled with retired military.

How did Pakistan miss this?

Or why did Pakistan “miss” this?

Why do “retired military” continue to live in Pakistan?

Not US military but Pakistani retired military.

Why would they report Osama, when most of them support him?

Only our administration seems to have a hard time understanding this.

The official line is that the United States didn’t want bin Laden’s burial place to become a terrorist shrine.

And an administration spokesman said today that “the body was handled according to Islamic practice and tradition”.

“That practice calls for the body to be buried within 24 hours”, the official added.

“Finding a country willing to accept the remains of the world’s most wanted terrorist would have been difficult. So, the US decided to bury him at sea”.

Why all this stuff about, “the body was handled according to Islamic practice and tradition?”.

Osama’s dead and we’re still kowtowing to Muslims?

News of Bin Laden’s sea burial has ignited Muslim’s outcry worldwide, raising the possibility of world-wide backlash.

A prominent imam in Egypt, Dr Ahmed El-Tayeb, said, “the US violated Islamic custom by not burying bin Laden on land”.

Islamist lawyer Montasser al-Zayat said bin Laden should have been buried in his native Saudi Arabia, home to Islam’s holiest sites.

The body was supposedly placed in a weighted bag and a military officer read prepared religious remarks which were translated into Arabic by a native speaker.

And “after the words were complete, the body was placed on a prepared flat board, tipped up, whereupon the deceased’s body eased into the sea”.

“The burial of bin Laden’s remains was done in strict conformance with Islamist precepts and practices”. said John Brennan, US President Barack Obama’s top counter-terrorism adviser.

So it would seem that either Brennan doesn’t know what he’s talking about, or that the whole thing is being fabricated, and that bin Laden died back in 2001.

The trail that led to bin Laden’s hideout in the town of Abbottabad, about 75 miles north of Islamabad, began between 2002 and 2004 with the CIA’s interrogation of al-Qaeda “high-value targets” at secret CIA sites overseas.

Several detainees mentioned the “nom de guerre”, or nickname, of one of bin Laden’s couriers.

Some of the detainees who confirmed the courier’s nickname were subjected to “enhanced interrogation techniques”, the CIA’s formal name for what is now widely viewed as torture.

The CIA spent years trying to figure out the courier’s identity.

Using sources that U.S. officials won’t discuss, the agency finally discovered the courier’s real name in 2007, along with the important fact that he had a brother.

In early 2009, a team from the agency’s counterterrorism center traced him to a compound in Abbottabad that he shared with the brother.

So shouldn’t Bush be getting the credit?

I think Bush should have been able to have been the one that delivered the message to the American People that OBL was dead.

That would have been poetic justice right there

This seems pretty far fetched to me, but French website JSSNews reported on a striking resemblance between the Abbottabad compound used by bin Laden and a map of none other than the State of Israel.

The website compared satellite footage and imagery of the area with Israel’s outline and concluded that the main house where bin Laden was captured and killed, is located where Jerusalem can be found on a map of Israel.

The compound’s gate parallels the location of Tel Aviv, its dumping ground matches the location of Tiberias, and another building matched the location of Haifa.

According to the Daily Telegraph, social media website Facebook already has several groups bearing titles such as “Osama bin Laden NOT DEAD”; and the blogosphere is humming with suppositions that the US government either faked the raid, or still has custody of the body.

I just watched a very interesting interview on BBC Newsnight entitled "Mixed Muslim reaction to Osama Bin Laden’s death".

I haven’t watched the BBC for eons because of of its extreme left-wing bias, but my son sent me the link, so I watched it.

Paxman is far too intelligent to be left-wing!

Anjem Choudary the former UK head of the Islamist group al-Muhajiroun and Dr Taj Hargey, chairman of the Muslim Educational Centre of Oxford and imam of the Oxford Islamic Congregation, spoke to Jeremy Paxman.

It’s well worth watching and you might want to ask a Muslim neighbor if he’s pleased that bin Laden was killed.

I just read about the Navy Seals fighting their way through the compound and when they burst into bin Laden’s room, he went for his gun.

You can just imagine that happening can’t you.

People need to remember the familes of the ones who died and are affected up to this day from September 11th.

Closure will come when we see those photographs that prove he is dead.

Until then, I remain sceptical that and wonder if:

1. the US has his body, or
2. he did not die and they have him somewhere, or
3. this is just a whole big trick

What is strange is the changing stories we are hearing every other minute as if, as people start questioning, the stories are changed to suit what the public needs to hear.

SEEING IS BELIEVING! The pictures should be shown!

A DNA test takes a few days and we have no pictures of him dead!

We saw Saddam Hussein get hung on live tv and no info on Osama.

This is a scam for Obama to get reelected!

If OBL is really dead, then sooner or later, the guy from SEALS, who actually killed OBL, will start talking about the incident.

NOBODY can keep a secret for any length of time, and especially if there is a chance for $25 million.

Well I just checked several sites and in a nutshell this is what they say about DNA testing.

It really depends on the particular DNA test, on the amount and quality of the DNA you have, and on what you’re after. DNA tests can take a long time, but if you have quality DNA, and you do ordinary marker testing, the kind nearly always done, the process usually takes five to seven days from the moment the process starts.

The process can also be “pushed,” if it’s urgent enough, as it sometimes is in a serious criminal or medical case, and all the DNA results usually needed for forensic evidence or medical treatment can be obtained within

seventy-two hours

On the photos, and obama saying “we are not like that”.

I would like to believe thats the reason for not releasing them, but thats hard to swallow.

We had celebrations the night the story broke, and its not like we are going to crowd every city with some celebration if they show them.

And they’re the first to parade our soldiers thru the streets with there heads blown off, and show them to the world, but we are supposed to be different..OR ABOVE THAT!

I can see that argument, but tell that to somone that lost a loved one in the towers that day, or goes to the gravesite of a love one lost ..

THOSE PEOPLE DESERVE CLOSURE!

U.S. officials just announced that “propaganda tapes and home videos with footage of Usama bin Laden at his hideout in Abbottabad, Pakistan are expected to be released to the news media”.

Big deal and what does that prove?!

Obama’s approval rating is now at 46%, equal to his approval rating in the last tracking poll conducted before Obama addressed Americans late on May 1 and informed them of bin Laden’s death.

Forty-four percent of Americans now disapprove of the job Obama is doing as president.

According to the Gallup poll, Obama’s approval rating crested at 52% after the bin Laden killing.

And according to a study by Republican polling firm Public Opinion Strategies, Obama’s bounce is smaller in magnitude and shorter in duration than the bumps enjoyed by other presidents over the past 70 years e.g. George W. Bush received a 15-point bump after the capture of Saddam Hussein in 2003 and his bounce lasted seven weeks.

The poll also comes the same day as Gallup announced that three in four Americans name some type of economic issue as the most important problem facing the country today and that’s the highest net mentions of the economy in two years.

The Gallup poll was conducted Friday, Saturday and Sunday, surveying 1,547 adults. The margin of error is +/- 2.5%.
